Majestic Princess Delivered

Princess Cruises  took delivery of the first purpose-built ship for the Chinese cruise market, the Majestic Princess on the 30th March, 2017.

Italian ship-builder Fincantieri delivered the vessel at the Monfalcone shipyard, in the presence of the Italian Prime Minister, Paolo Gentiloni.

The 143,000 gross tonne Majestic Princess can accommodate up to 4,250 passengers.

Majestic Princess is the third ship in the ‘Royal Class’, being the sister of 2013’s Royal Princess and 2014’s Regal Princess.

P&O’s Britannia (2015) is also a very similar design to the Princesses ‘Royal Class’ ships.
