Titanic II: to enter service in 2027

On the 13th March, 2024, billionaire Clive Palmer held a press Conference at the Sydney Opera House, Australia. He announced that his replica Titanic project, called Titanic II is BACK ON!

This is the first real news about the project, for several years.

I am sure that most of you are still very sceptical about this news and others willingness  think that it is simply a very distasteful idea, anyway. Nevertheless, Palmer says it is happening.

So strong is my obsession with the Titanic II project, that  I launched a dedicated Titanic II News blog, back in 2018.

Titanic II News gets surprisingly high viewing figures, considering that it is about a ship that is yet to exit (and some still say will never exist). It sometime out-performs this ‘WaterWorld’ blog, attracting more daily viewers. I guess that it is a ‘niche’ that no other fool writes about.
